We found the best fixer upper and she was so detailed in putting together our offer. She gave great advice on inspections and was very attentive throughout the whole process. After closing, we realized the seller had left a lot of things behind. Pepper helped us find someone to come haul them away so we could easily start the renovations we needed. Pepper was a great realtor for our long-distance move! We chose her for her local knowledge, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. She knew we had a tight timeline for finding a home and set up a successful home-showing weekend, complete with snack breaks for our kids. She pulled long weekend hours to make sure we saw as many homes as possible in our timeframe. We found a great home and she walked us through everything needed to do a remote purchase. Pepper is hands-down the best Realtor we’ve ever worked with. She recently helped us sell our house and was there throughout the process offering guidance like what to de-clutter and how to stage. She got tons of people to our Open House and that got us multiple offers above our asking price. She helped us understand the pros and cons of each offer and ultimately negotiated on our behalf to close well above what I initially thought possible. We highly recommend working with Pepper for buying a home. She is very knowledgable about the area and all aspects of the process - she even negotiated to get the seller to buydown our interest rate (we didn't know that was a thing). I am a mortgage banker and have been in the housing/mortgage business for 10+ years. I have worked with well over 200 realtors in the past. I have never witnessed working with someone, professionally or personally, like Pepper. Buying a house near the water is just difficult. Every time Pepper could help, she would, including: Helping with insurance and their needs; Help getting items fixed for 4pt inspection (harder than it sounds); Communication with process of inspections, appraisal, etc.; Then – POST CLOSING assistance! – Pepper made sure when the deal was done, she was not! She made sure the work that needed to be done after, was lined up! I have never experienced this kind of service, nor ever even heard of it. Extremely fortunate she helped with the home purchase, and I can’t imagine another person helping like she did!

We met Pepper by chance. She had a listing that we were interested in seeing. Not being from Florida, we did not know the area or really have a preference at first. She was very helpful. In my opinion, she went above and beyond her duties. My daughter is an agent in Illinois so I know what to expect from a realtor. Pepper White sent us an offer to provide an appraisal of some property we owned on Pensacola Beach. We accepted the offer and found her appraisal to be well done. We decided to sell. We selected Pepper as the realtor because of her due diligence in obtaining the listing and her knowledge of the area. She was VERY knowledgeable of the laws and regulations re HOAs and the very large volume of legal papers involved in selling property in Florida. Within a week or 2 we had a full price offer and closed in a little over 6 weeks. She is very good at what she does!!

Pepper is the best! The process went smooth mostly because she helped answer any questions I had, reminded me of things I still needed to do, etc. AND after I bought the home I wasn’t moving in for another month and she would periodically check in the house, bring my mail in for me etc.
